The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Substitute
Cool Cloud Vapor is one of several companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foodstuff and Drug Administration have issued warning letters to a further ten companies, including Great Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) caution them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t have the appropriate premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids will be favored by young adults, but that young adults also need to be protected against the over-selling of the products by adult consumers. According to the FDA’s warning letters, a few of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, they were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These claims were misleading, the FDA claims, because no FDA regulatory specifications or laws exist to modify dietary supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription industry distribution label specifically stated that the product could be used as a supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports take or an athletic supplement, based on the FDA.
When a customer purchased Puff Bar, he or she should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the intake of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the flavors were added following the manufacturing process. According to the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. As the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it really is listed on the packaging because the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to get misused, if ingested, by children, or someone who shouldn’t be consuming the product.
The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include exact statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the merchandise, the company’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation would be that the merchandise was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small children would not elect to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They would probably think that the product was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false advertising and marketing would be to strictly regulate the creation of e-liquids. Manufacturers cannot use vague terminology or symbols on labels or packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is not.
Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Great Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice items including several premium brands, a couple of which had a range of what flavors do puff pubs come in. When I purchased my Amazing Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not interest me. I was wrong.
Upon opening the box, I pointed out that the puff container looked nearly the same as the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a reasonably massive amount nicotine, which made it difficult to carry onto while smoking because the entire mouth area of the disposable device was filled with the whitish color of smoking. I viewed the ingredients listing for Puff Bar and found that it contained exactly the same things that I have come to expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other goods: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only real difference between this product and another products was that product did not contain any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device into the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece gently on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Immediately, my throat hit a good warm spot on the trunk of my throat that was not current during smoking any traditional cigarettes. My second puff sent a rush of flavor through my lips which lasted limited to a second and then my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled gradually while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke cigarettes. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled with sweet lemon juice, followed by a moderate pepper to taste. Following the 3rd puff I experienced a sweet and tangy preference with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, providing me all the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session without needing to worry about getting a bad buzz from it.
